Running, by all means, is one of the best exercises in the world. If you run well, you will sleep well. On the other hand, if you sleep well, you will get enough stamina for exercise. In one study, some researchers have found that some healthy teenagers who used to run steadily and at a decent pace for 30 minutes per day in the morning, after three weeks they had better improvement in sleeping, concentrating, and temperament than non runners.
